FAQ about the Shop


No! You are free to decide whether you want to order as a guest or create a customer account in the course of an order. A customer account offers you several advantages:
  • you can order faster
  • Items placed in the shopping cart remain in the cart in case you want to order later
  • you always know the status of your orders and
  • you always have an up-to-date overview of your previous orders
Please send us an e-mail with the subject “Deletion of my customer account” to hello@tenz.at with your name and email address. Our customer service will then contact you immediately to verify your identity. After successful verification, all data relating to your customer account will be deleted from our system.
We offer payment by credit card, Paypal and Sofortüberweisung (Klarna). All data that you send to us via our webshop (contact details, order details, credit card information) are transmitted SSL-encrypted. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://”. In addition, a lock symbol appears in your browser line. If SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties. Your credit card details are not sent to us, but are transmitted directly.
Private customers and also commercial customers with low demand have the possibility to order via the online shop. Companies or commercial customers with larger requirements are kindly requested to send an e-mail to hello@tenz.at with the respective enquiry. Enquiries from Germany, Italy and Switzerland will be forwarded to our local sales partners for contact by the sales partner.
The right of withdrawal at TENZ® is based on the legal requirements. You can return the ordered goods to us 14 days after your order without giving any reason. The value of the goods will be refunded after receipt of the goods by TENZ®. Shipping costs will not be refunded when exercising the right of withdrawal. Please note that refunds can only be made to the respective means of payment with which the payment was made.
Return costs in the event of effective exercise of the right of revocation shall be borne by the customer.

A delivery outside of the delivery and shipping conditions specified in point 5 of the Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen defined delivery targets is to be agreed individually with the seller. For easier processing, the buyer must send a corresponding request to the following e-mail address bestellung@tenz.at.
We ship with Österreichische Post AG as standard.
As a rule, your delivery should arrive 3-5 working days after receipt of your order. If the parcel has still not arrived within 10 working days, please write us an e-mail or call our service number on +43 316 269 480. The service number is available from Monday to Thursday from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. and Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 3 p.m.
A tracking number will be sent to you upon request.
Please contact us by phone or email. We will send you a return label so that you can return the wrong or damaged item to us free of charge. Once we have received the returned item, we will replace the item or refund the purchase price if you wish. Please note that refunds can only be made to the payment method used to make the payment.
