Your Tasks

We are looking for an innovation-driven, curious, and dynamic personality with initiative, who enjoys developing something new and contributing in a variety of ways. Prototyping, working in the field of research & development, and presenting these in CAD will excite you, and you look beyond the horizon. Do you want to help shape the future with us?   • Constructive and technical product development (3D and 2D design) from concept to detail and series plans in Catia or another 3D CAD system.
  • Accompany the entire development chain from the first drafts to the patent and final product.
  • Development of quality assurance processes and procedures.
  • Construction-related calculations for dimensioning and corresponding documentation.
  • Creating product and production drawings and plans, as well as their management and preparation.
  • Additive manufacturing of prototypes and demo models, as well as operating and maintaining 3D printing systems (FDM & stereolithography).
  • Independently handling smaller projects.

Requirements

  • Confident, structured, and proactive working style, appreciating an innovative environment.
  • A positive mindset and commitment, along with a reliable working style.
  • Experience in a similar position and, ideally, experience in timber construction.
  • Completed technical training (technical draftsman, HTL, TU, etc.).
  • You recognize tasks quickly with your attentive nature and look beyond the horizon.
  • High performance and commitment.
  • Familiarity with operating and maintaining 3D printing systems (FDM & stereolithography).
  • Independently handling smaller projects.

For this position, we envision a minimum gross salary of €3,000 (full-time), with the willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.
